I took these pictures during one of my trips at the end of April in 2001 at Bertsdorf , in the eastern part of Germany , very close to the Czech boarder. In this area there is a nice narrow gauge railway, in the past mainly used for trading with the Czech Republic , where even now the steam is alive.
Of course now it is only a tourist line (SOEG) …
